When you send an inquiry through our form, we receive the information you enter:

• Email address
• Event date
• Guest count (optional)
• Event type (wedding or other event)
• Venue or location (optional)
• Your message (optional)

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, check availability for your date, and, if you book with us, plan and provide our services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who helps us run the site

• Formspree receives inquiry-form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• Netlify hosts the website and, like most hosts, may record basic technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when pages load.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking. If we add a website analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and, for couples and clients who book with us, as part of our business records.

Your choices

You can email us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning events and is not directed to children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date above.
